IRODORI FACTORY is pleased to announce the launching of its 1st Cycle of Seminars on Corporate Strategy.
This program aims at helping you reveal the potential of your organization and optimize your business strategy.
With this objective in mind, each Seminar will introduce you to a new efficient strategic tool (Kellogg R&C Audit, Ansoff Matrix, BCG Matrix, Barriers of Entry Analysis etc.) and will explain you how to effectively apply it to your business.
The cycle will kick-off on June 23rd with an extensive presentation and a practical analysis of the R&C Audit.
